Requirements

  • FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS qualification.

  • A real team player with new ideas and a passion for property and customer service.

  • Great communication skills.

  • A focus on quality inspection and reporting.

  • An individual who is keen to continually develop their skills and come up with new and exciting ideas.

The role

As a surveyor at Nuven, you will primarily carry out RICS Home Surveys - Level 2 and 3 (depending on experience), and valuations for private customers and lender clients. You will work closely within a growing team of surveyors, striving to provide the very best service to private customers and lender clients alike. There are also exciting opportunities to develop skills as we grow and diversify into providing additional services such as Party Wall work, Leasehold enfranchisement, and drone surveys. You will report directly to the Surveying Director.
