Role overview
Your responsibilities will include conducting condition surveys for both residential and commercial properties, providing expert guidance on heritage matters, and overseeing contract administration for heritage projects.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- 3+ years of Building Surveying experience
- MRICS status (desirable but not essential)
- Heritage experience
- Clean driving licence
