Mark O'Halloran - Founder & Chartered Surveyor
Mark is the founder and owner of Nuven Surveyors. He is responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the company's operations and leadership team.
Charitable causes: St Catherine's Hospice.
Four-legged friend: Cockapoo called Charlie.
Favourite hobbies: Golf.
Dream home: I would love to restore a castle. -
Scott Moran - Managing Director
With over 20 years of experience in residential surveying and valuation, Scott is responsible for all things surveying including training and development, audit, quality and governance and, along with the rest of the team, ensuring that we deliver a first-class service to private customers and corporate clients alike.
Charitable causes: NSPCC
Four-legged friend: 7-year-old fox red labrador called Moose.
Favourite hobbies: Football (avid West Ham Supporter), watching my two boys play football most weekends, and motorcycling.

Jason Tubridy - Surveying Director (London)

Ben Watkins - HR Operations Manager
Ben's responsibilities include looking after the Nuven Team and ensuring Nuven is compliant in several areas including HR, Health and Safety, and GDPR. Ben is also part of the Nuven management team, looking to drive the business forward.

Michael Ansell - Non-Executive Director
With over 40 years experience in the property industry at board level and 30 years with Countrywide, Mike began as a negotiator before becoming the youngest appointed subsidiary MD at age 24. Now semi retired, Mike divides time between Non Exec Roles including Nuven Surveyors and voluntary work for Macmillan providing support to cancer patients and their families.
Charitable causes: Macmillan.
Favourite hobbies: Skiing.

Harry Hill - Non-Executive Director
A life long property industry professional who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1969 and has spent his entire career in the property services industry in a mixture of private practice and public companies-including over 20 years as Chief Executive of Countrywide PLC, at the time the largest and most profitable property services business in Europe, and 5 years as Chairman of Rightmove PLC. Since retiring from full time employment, he has held a number of non-executive roles in a number of private and public companies, including in 2024, Nuven Surveyors.

Melissa Harris - Land Manager
